Family-run Bath Office Co. has built a range of properties in its home city since it opened, creating flexible workspace environments and experiences which, it says, are designed to inspire teams with on-demand services.
Its Bath schemes include offices in Old Bond Street, Argyle Street, Princes Street and Chapel Row.
It has now launched sister business Bristol Office Co. to market space in the heart of the city based on what it calls its tried-and-tested independent serviced office model.
The 6,000-plus sq ft of prime space is over three floors in a grade II-listed building on St Augustine’s Parade in the city centre.
Each floor will be able to accommodate businesses with up to 40 staff and include private breakout areas, meetings rooms, kitchens, WCs and showers as well as super-fast internet and storage.
The site will also have on-site team, which will run the building, and virtual services will also be available.
